Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24 hours. High-volume periods may require additional time. If there is any delay, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We ship via UPS and standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.

Local pickup is available in Summerdale, AL. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for orders lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking number shows as delivered and you cannot locate the package, please contact the carrier directly.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
